Golden Plus Builder Sdn Bhd incorporated in 1990. It was formed to undertake all construction activities for Golden Plus Group.

Registered with PKK Class 'A' license and CIDB G7 B/BO4 & G7 CE/CE21, the Company is qualified to tender and undertake building and civil engineering works of unlimited size. It has since then involved with numerous building and civil engineering contracts including water supply pipeline and reservoirs, sewerage works and road works, factory, shop houses, residential houses and turnkey contract for schools.

It has since built-up a well connected networks of established suppliers and experienced sub-contractors to support all its construction undertakings.

Currently, the Company has a paid-up capital of RM2.50 million and is enjoying banking facilities up to RM3.5 million from our main banker.
