1997 represent the commencement of operations for our overseas investment with the opening of water theme park known as Shanghai Dino Beach in Shanghai. This water theme park is the first of its kind in Shanghai. Located right next to our piece of development property in Shanghai, this water park will greatly enhance the value of our Royal Garden development. The park is a welcome change for Shanghai residents who look sufficient entertainment facilities for their family over the school holidays and the weekends.
