The Company incorporated in 1976 was acquired by the Group in 1984.

The Company is principally engaged in housing development and its major project has been the development of Taman Sri Serdang, a project covering over 123 hectares with 2,820 residential units and 134 commercial and industrial units.

It is currently developing a piece of land measuring 163 acres in Kajang (Kajang Prima), Selangor Darul Ehsan with 2,142 residential units, 249 commercial & industrial units, a shopping centre and petrol kiosk.
